Tales of Toxic Work Spaces

Tales of Toxic Work Spaces provides a safe space for people to share their stories of toxic situations they’ve faced within their work environments whether with bosses, coworkers, or the company itself. This blog will capture your stories while guaranteeing your anonymity and a positive, encouraging community. You can opt to simply VENT or to SEEK ASSISTANCE. If you are simply looking to VENT, people are encouraged to comment on the situation you faced. However, if you look to SEEK ASSISTANCE, the community is asked to provide creative ways to handle the situation you’re facing. Remember ANY negative comments will be removed as no bullying or judgmental comments will be allowed. Updates and/or responses to questions will be provided on the individual Blogs.

How do you share your tale of a toxic work space? It’s simple. You email me your stories at victoria@toxicworkspace.com or complete the form on the Contact Me page. If you’re too nervous to put your story in writing, email me or send me a contact form message and we will set up a time for a phone call. Once I have your story, I’ll write up your blog, using false names and softening details to ensure that you can’t be identified. You will see the blog prior to publication, so you know what I’ve written about your tale. Any responses to follow-up questions and/or comments will be emailed to me and I’ll update the blog.

As a community we can support each other and try to make it through these trying times!
